This two bedroom detached bungalow has a garden to the front with open country views

and Blue Dolphin Holiday Park to the rear. Sleeping 5 in two bedrooms (a double & a single + bunks).

The lounge is equipped with TV, video, CD hi-fi, electric storage heater and electric fire. For additional comfort Electric Heating Panels are fitted in all bedrooms and the bathroom, which has a corner bath with shower over

and also a heated towel rail.

The small fully fitted kitchen comprises of an electric oven / hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, vacuum cleaner, iron & ironing board.

A fire extinguisher, fire blanket and smoke alarm are provided for your safety.

Duvet covers, pillows, pillow cases and sheets are also provided and all beds are made up for your arrival. The bungalow is personally cleaned  and checked by the owner.

Parking for 2 cars on own drive.                       Electricity is on a £1 coin meter.

The leisure passes for the swimming and entertainment complex are not included but can be purchased from reception.
